Riverside County, Calif., Sued Over Solar Fee

hartland -- Two solar energy trade groups are suing Riverside County, California over a new surcharge on large solar power projects. The surcharge is an annual fee of $450 per acre on large-scale solar projects.

Not sure I agree with that one...

But it seems things just cannot get off the ground. I suspect there have been many pockets stuffed with cash to scuttle yet another project to reduce our reliance on Crude Oil as the primary source to power our vehicles and industry.
