Sending a buddy rqst; I sang in the choirs..so miss Paul Jones leadership; I went to Jamaica w/ some in choir '07. We likely know several folks in common! We were members there since '95 before moving to my hometown/farmhouse. I get GUM's weekly eZine. Our son, Daniel helped @ Avenue w/ Skateboard outreach; led Urban Plunge one summer..yes, we miss the "SlaughterHouse"! What Mike called the place a couple times; my favorite service to sing in was NextStep Sat.Nite

Greetings; not sure you were aware that we've helped with the Sudan Project, that was spearheaded by Ginghamsburg! Tragically, what you said about 'war in Sudan' as a 'sure thing' comes close! But there ARE Positive things coming out of the South/Darfur! My degree in agriculture..to see the Darfur peoples getting established, feeding/learning skills to support themselves, not depend on oil is a very positive thing! Look up Ginghamsburg's website for progress reports! I've moved to home/farmhouse, but our sons still serve at GUM! Blessings! Ranger/Tom
